I have known Rev Rusty Russell for some years, in connection with the Bethany School of Missions, and in St Andrews Cathedral, Singapore. He has spoken and ministered a few times at the New Life Service, St Andrews Cathedral (7.30 pm service on Sunday). He was one of the two speakers at the St Andrews Cathedral Family Camp 2004 (7-11 June 2004). He teaches and ministers powerfully in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. At the Family Camp, he gave sound Biblical teaching on hearing the voice of God and on exercising the gift of faith. As he ministered and prayed for the people at the Family Camp, we experienced open heavens as the Holy Spirit moved freely through all the age groups (from children, young people, adults and senior citizens). He gave accurate prophetic words to the campers, who had very varied backgrounds. We were also very blessed as he shared many testimonies of how the Holy Spirit works in the lives of people today, with signs and wonders, in many different countries of the world. I strongly recommend him for teaching and ministry in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
